Had a spa day at the Morton Grove location. I had a wonderful and positive experience with the person who did my facial, Margaret, and the nail technician, didn't get her name (a very nice Korean lady). Sadly I cannot say the same for the massage therpist, Angie. Angie lack in customer service, hardly said anything and had a very rude reaction when I misunderstood her. Her massage overall was very uncomfortable for me. I asked her to put less pressure and she continued with her firm massage. I never asked for a deep tissue massage in the first place. Emma was on time, very professional, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She listened carefully to my concerns and adjusted the massage to my needs. The session was relaxing yet effective, and I left feeling much better. Great attention to detail, excellent technique, and a friendly attitude. I highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a skilled and professional massage therapist.
