Kim and everyone at Nail Essence were extremely nice and meticulous. I asked for milk chocolate glazed donut nails and while they turned out darker than anticipated, a week in and it’s still just as perfect as when I first got them done. And that never happens to me so I’m thoroughly impressed!
Amazing service and execution. So nice and understanding and professional at the same time. Also confirmed my appointment with me and have also sent a text message as well as a reminder.
I told the nail technician what was I didn’t like about my nails that I had done from another place and she said don’t worry I’ll fix it for you and they came out really nice.
