Came home this afternoon to find water in my basement. the water at the floor drain was a still puddle, nothing was going down. I tried to snake it out but that was futile. After reading a reviews of a handful of plumbers I called Hydro Dynamics (it didn't hurt that they were also closest to my home). Richie answered the phone when I called, listened to my description of the problem and said he'd have someone there in under 90 minutes. Richie himself showed up about 70 minutes later. I was highly satisfied with the service of Richard and his team on their performance when dealing with my clogged sewer line. Although my issue ended up being one of their toughest they never gave up and didn’t finish until the job was done. Richard was very nice and professional. He was transparent with his troubleshooting procedure and also with pricing. I recommend their service

Richard D came out was very very puntual to our appointment. I addressed him my issue that my sewer line was giving me. He explained everything in detail with all the information regarding the sewer backup, roots, pipes. He was affordable in pricing. He fixed my problem dud everything that need to get done.
