“Shamil and his team are who you call when you want your windows repaired and not simply replaced (like most other window businesses insist on). We have an older home with large Pella window panels installed in 1988. One of our fixed windows had rot on the bottom frame, causing the outer glass to slip down about an inch and a half. They built a new frame, and reinstalled the glass. You cannot tell it's been worked on, it looks and functions like original. Shamil also replaced a very large picture window in another room. The old one was foggy between the glass, and the lower frame also had some rot. They repaired the frame and installed a new 8'X6' window. They cleaned up after themselves completely. BEKA did not disappoint and will be our window repair company from now on.“

“We received quotes from 5 different companies and Semko's price was the best. They replaced 30 windows in our 100+ year-old 2 flat. Their team was friendly, communicative, and on time. They worked very fast, but nothing was rushed - it's clear they just know their stuff. Our windows are beautiful and they left our place as clean (maybe cleaner) than they found it. The weather is in the negatives right now and it feels warmer inside than it did last winter with our old windows when it was 30 degrees warmer outside.“

My family and I always come back to this company when we need home improvements because they are trustworthy, reliable and honest.We originally used them for a bunch of interior work ~7 years ago and we were very happy with the results. “We had foundation problems with the footings of our brick pillars in front of our bungalow. Gary came out and assessed the problem and confidently talked us through the process. The quote was right where we expected it to be and the team of two who did the work were exceptionally skillful. All our neighbors commented on the quality of work they were doing. Apparently the standard brick size has changed since our house was built. The search for the right size proved to be a challenge which they were successful in finding with their dedication to get the job done right. They also squared up our concrete stairs. “I finally decided to have my skylights replaced after 16 years. My first call was to Houseworks. From the initial call with LeAnn my experience was phenomenal. Their foreman Larry came out quickly to measure and explain everything I needed to know about the skylights. I accepted the proposal and was scheduled immediately. Their installer Tom showed up early and preped the inside to begin the job. After the job was completed you couldn't tell that we had work done because of how clean it was, Tom was awesome.
