I had a few questions about the process and he never made me feel rushed. When you start discussing the issues with him, it's very clear that he's been doing this for a while and he really was able to break down the process in a way that was inviting and made you feel comfortable.The team that came to the house to do the actual work was led by the Crew Chief [Steve] and Max. They too were really great to deal with. Very speedy but also really felt that they did a thorough job.For a process that includes a lot of unknowns, I'm really glad that I ended up choosing Parkside Restoration to do the work.
