K&T Chem-Dry did an amazing job on our building's carpet. The staff was very professional; during the whole process, they took the time to reach out to our association board members to bring to our attention problem areas and recommendations. We have been using them to clean our carpets for a few years about once a year. They have always showed up on time and the price is great for 3 bedrooms that take a beating from 2 dogs and a toddler. The carpets always look great and have no odor once they are finished. We will continue to use their services!

I honestly thought my carpets were beyond saving. I've got six kids and a cat and a dog. There were green slime stains, plus red nail polish, pet stains, and many other unidentifiable stains. So my expectations were really low. I could not BELIEVE how GOOD our carpet looked when they were done! A total transformation! They honestly look like new. It only took a few hours (plus drying time), and we didn't need to move furniture--they just work around it. I could not be happier with the result!
