Really appreciated the service I received. The first POC I interacted with was Jack Gallo. You can tell this guy likes his line of work. I had a few questions about the process and he never made me feel rushed. When you start discussing the issues with him, it's very clear that he's been doing this for a while and he really was able to break down the process in a way that was inviting and made you feel comfortable.The team that came to the house to do the actual work was led by the Crew Chief [Steve] and Max. Parkside did my pack out after my floors were water damaged. Katie and her crew were efficient and knowledgeable, carefully wrapping and packing furniture and other belongings. Bobby and Pedro did a great job of moving all the stuff out with great care and attention to details. Highly recommend Parkside Restoration.
Steven and Calvin were very professional and knowledgeable. They came in here and took care of my water damage for me and I’m very pleased with their work, how careful they were with the property as well as how clean they left the work area. I highly recommend Parkside restoration!
