Recent storm knocked out power causing basement to flood. When power restored after 2 days, I saw a ServiceMaster truck down the block and asked the team leader Cody if I needed to call and get on a list for cleanup. He gave me his card and asked me to send him a text with my contact info and he would inspect the damage later that morning. Sure enough he came on time, inspected and gave me an estimate. Once I approved and made a downpayment, he set up equipment that same day to remove standing water and begin the drying process.
