The serve pro team was exceptional! It’s always uneasy having a stranger in your home and that was not the case here. Brandon and his teammate from serve pro were so inviting , answered any questions I had but were so personal to talk to . I felt like I knew them . It’s not every day you hire a company that’s comes out and they put you at ease by talking to you like a person and not another job checking off their list. At some point they even offered to help me get something out of my car when they seen me struggling. We recently had to hire a professional cleaning crew for a very challenging and emotional situation — cleaning out my mom’s apartment and refrigerator after the power had been off. It was a big, unpleasant job that we honestly didn’t even know how to tackle.
From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, compassionate, and absolutely incredible at what they do. They didn’t flinch at the mess, worked quickly but thoroughly. They came out within an hour of my call to address water on my floor from a backup. Friendly and professional 3 person crew. Nell explained the process and went over the forms with me. They cleaned my home true to their motto - it looks like it never happened! They were very neat as they moved equipment in and out of my home. A very professional company who I would strongly recommend to anyone
