Lorenco (1774) was amazing in making sure all of the water in our basement and on the wood had dried completely. He has the most pleasant personality and completely put us at ease. Arturo and Osvaldo worked diligently to bag and clean up all basement items that were destroyed. Finally, we don’t know what we would have done without John Ryan who came to us immediately following the storm, walked us through everything we needed to do, and constantly kept in touch making sure all work was completed promptly and efficiently.
