She arranged for Simon to come out and evaluate the damage. He was polite, punctual, and professional, and it was clear that he truly cared about doing a thorough job documenting everything.<br><br>When it came time to sign the contract, I have to admit the language was a bit intimidating, and at first I felt like I was signing over a blank check. Christina in the office recognized my concerns and arranged a call with the owner, Daryl, to put my mind at ease. He took the time to explain the process, the purpose behind the contract, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to make sure I felt comfortable moving forward. The team also worked with my insurance company.<br><br>On the day of mitigation, George and Adon arrived right on time. He always picked up my calls, kept me informed throughout the project, and was proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done right gave me a great deal of confidence.<br><br>After we finalized the scope of work, Bob arranged for Bart and Andy to install my new flooring and cabinets. They were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time every day, worked efficiently together, and their craftsmanship was exceptional.
