“With all the recent storms, it felt like one thing after another—missing shingles, a gutter hanging on by a thread, and damage everywhere. When my insurance company told me they could connect me with someone who could help, they delivered.

Esme called me right away, even though it was already nighttime. She listened patiently as I explained everything without interrupting, making sure I felt heard and understood throughout the conversation.

Unfortunately, the tree debris hadn't been removed yet, so I asked if she could call me back first thing in the morning after the scheduled tree removal. She did exactly that. Thankfully, the tree removal crew was also able to tarp the damaged area, but I truly appreciate the time, and kindness she showed me during such a stressful situation.

When it was time for reconstruction, Bob Wehrly was my project manager, and he was outstanding. He always picked up my calls, kept me informed throughout the project, and was proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done right gave me a great deal of confidence.

After we finalized the scope of work, Bob arranged for Bart and Andy to install my new flooring and cabinets. They were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time every day, worked efficiently together, and their craftsmanship was exceptional. The finished work exceeded my expectations.
