They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.“

They were able to come out immediately, fixed it and then when I replaced the roof the next summer they applied the fix cost to the replacement cost. They were the only contractor with expertise in both roofing and exterior home improvement. Their “scope of work” was meticulously detailed. Their prices were transparent, to fully disclose all costs.My project began mid-December and required intricate work on the structural frameworks of my brick home and brick garage. Jack deployed multiple teams of “master craftsmen” in roofing, carpentry, aluminum, windows etc, in anticipation of Chicago’s unpredictable weather. Each day, crews arrived an hour early, by 7:00 am, and seemed to work nonstop until the job was done.Visually, it was a spectacular job-site with complex scaffolding and industrial equipment. “Vesta did a great job replacing my roof and gutters after hail damage from a large storm last spring. Anthony came and performed an initial inspection and showed me the extent of damage. He was very pleasant to deal with and he and his team handled everything with my insurance company-Allstate He handed off to Jeremy who went over the project financials. They secured approval and obtained the roofing materials in a very timely fashion. There was some questions from the insurance company about the gutter replacement, but Anthony came back and reinspected and insured that the claim was amended and my gutters were fully covered. “I contacted Pioneer about a whole gutter replacement after getting a quote from another company. Daniel came out and actually told me the whole replacements was not necessary and really only needed larger downspouts and to fix a leaking section.
