Truly exceptional, above and beyond: excellent communication, workmanship, and timeliness. A totally different dynamic than the typical contractor experience. Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage.
Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout.

Exceptional service, from Derrick to Mark. They all went above and beyond. We had a leak in our ceiling, and Pulse Exterior came highly recommended by the roof inspectors. Derrick conducted a thorough inspection, identified the problem (even beyond what the roof inspectors had discovered), and Mark made the necessary repairs. We were informed every step of the way. Great communication and attention to detail. I would definitely hire Pulse Exterior again.
Derrick and his workers are the real deal. Exceptional workmanship, expertise, and pricing. He delivers on time, on budget, with no BS. He solved a difficult problem when we disconnected our downspouts from the sewer system. We basically had to get the water from the back of the roof to the front of the house, to avoid water accumulation in the backyard. The solution is effective, and it matches the architectural style of the house. He came back to solve a simple problem a bit later, and didn't charge us anything. If you need gutter work done, Pulse Exterior is the best.
