After receiving bids from a number of companies and speaking to their owners, I chose VIS Exterior. The owner, Val was very knowledgeable and had good ideas in how to replace our old stucco and T-111 siding with new LP vertical and horizonal siding. Val's crew worked diligently and did a terrific job removing the old siding and installing the new siding according to the manufacturer's specs. My wife and I had some special requests which Val personally helped to make happen. We are very pleased with their work, going above and beyond our expectations.“

“We had about 5 or 6 different companies come and give us quotes for Hardie siding and roofing. Keenan Homes was competitively priced and did an amazing job. Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects!“

“After replacing my sliding door with different company and not having very nice experience with installers I did a long research on who will I use for my front door replacement. I am glad I used Valdicass. My sales rep Obed is very knowledgeable and honest, he made entire process super easy. Everything he promised he was able to deliver. The install was done by Jesse and Danny. Very professional and clean. After they left the house you could not even say that they were there. New door looks great. “I called Durable Roofing to come out and give me an estimate for either a new roof or repair. The young man that came out, he suggested I should get a new roof instead of repairing it. When he showed me what my roof look like, I decided to get a new roof instead. Once Durable was finished with the roof, they took before and after pictures of my roof. I was completely happy and satisfied with my roof.“
“Was really happy with the work from US Exteriors. They installed new insulation and siding. Even installed some new spotlights for me! The 2 guys that did the installation and the owner, Conrad, were all very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them promptly. They gave attention to detail and were neat. They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.“

“I had them replace my roof on a recently-purchased home because the seller/flipper had a very shoddy company do the roof about six months prior and it was already going bad in spots. The job was scheduled and later that month they finished the entire roof in just a single day with a large crew and a couple of large trucks. I paid what I was quoted and would recommend them. They did guarantee the work they did.*After contacting them originally, Cameron came out and was very polite and professional throughout the process. He took time to point out and explain some of the defects like sagging and improper drainage that existed despite the other roofing company having "finished" their job six months prior. He gave me a quote which SRC abided by and I paid what we agreed on through an initial deposit and then a final payment after the job was complete. I am happy with the work done and have noticed no issues with the new roof or the gutter cover system they installed. If I do find evidence of shoddy work like some other reviewers have mentioned, I will update this review.
