Very thorough and communicative. They do an initial measure, and the owner comes out to confirm. The installers were professional, and they do a courtesy cleaning at the end. Diane was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
I love these guys. They came out on a day that was super hot and humid and they got the job done. The owner and his crew did the work. They redid the frame, installed a new door and a new side side panel with a window. They were very professional. They cleaned up when they were done. I love my new door.
I called for an estimate on my rental property. The window I need replaced is a large, custom window. I was told they won't send anyone out for just one window and I would have to do a facetime consult. This doesn't work as I'm in Ohio - you're closer than I am. While i understand one standard window may not be worth the trip, perhaps offer and option for a paid estimate that would apply to the project if the customer moves forward. Just a suggestion.
