I recently had a whole mansard roof, gutter and gutter guards installed by Lindholm. When I bought my home our inspector noted that ours was one of few mansard roofs without mold or water inside and seemed to be vented properly. After contracting with Lindholm for a new roof replacement, through the city permit office, I learned that Lindholm Roofing had installed the roof on this home 20years ago! The coincidence was a big surprise. During replacement almost no wood required replacement under the roofing materials— to me this was a testament to the Lindholm installation 20yr ago. I was glad to have ended up going with them as the previous owners had.

We had a great experience with Lindholm Roofing. They came out to seal and re-caulk a section of our roof that needed attention, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly, and their pricing was very fair. It’s hard to find contractors this reliable these days, and we really appreciated their honesty and quality service. Highly recommend Lindholm Roofing for any roofing repairs or maintenance needs!
