There was a hail storm in our area so I called Prusak roofing about inspecting my roof. Jim Prusak came out and said there was roof damage but also pointed out damage to my garage door, window screens, etc. I made a claim with my insurance. Jim met with the insurance adjuster when they came to my house and showed them some damages they missed. I did have to go back to the adjuster regarding some repairs they didn’t want to cover and Jim helped me navigate that process. When we did finally agree to terms with the insurance company, we were pressed for time to get the repairs done, Prusak Roofing made sure to have the roof done immediately.
