Terrific experience -- responsive, professional and honest. They completed a thorough analysis of the roof to confirm it was in great working order. Really appreciated the level of detail they provided. Would recommend them again without question.

We had John out to our new home from Licitra Roofing to evaluate our roof and take a look at a few concerns that we had. He walked the roof and performed a thorough exam. He picked up branches off the roof and tossed them off just to be helpful. He was straightforward with us that the roof was in decent shape and nothing needed to be done at this time. He did notice 1 flashing element which had become loose and offered to fasten it back down at no cost to us. Overall, John and the team appear to be knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. We will certainly be enlisting them when the time comes that we do need significant roof worked performed.

I had three roofing companies look at my roof to diagnose a leak and recommend a solution. Only Licitra looked for multiple points of failure and also recommended a chimney repair. They were right. I would recommend them to everyone.
