“Dr Elvove was a great doctor; patient and one of very few doctors to take the time and care to assist women in choosing home births. He delivered 2 of my 4 children, at home, successfully. That was years ago, but I just wanted to get a good word in for him. AND for Dr. STARKMAN, who took over his practice. I'm very happy with Dr. STARKMAN.
