The 8 week program involved assessment, physical therapy, massage and wellness coaching. A big thank you to PT ~ Christine, Wellness Coach ~ Karla and Massage Therapists ~ Liz and Ewa. I really appreciate the individual care by all of you that helped me so much with strength, balance, pain reduction, nutrition and overall support. The home exercise program put together by Christine, and the healthy resources shared by Karla are very much appreciated so that I may continue to get stronger and healthier throughout my cancer journey. Kirsten is an excellent PT and I am so thankful to have found her during my second pregnancy! She is very professional and genuinely cares about her clients, and offers much more than a corporate-owned practice with her time and expertise. She helped me gain more confidence and focused on a home program to help with my issues to stay active during my pregnancy (running, weight lifting).
