“I received treatment at City of Hope (formerly CTCA). They treated me with kindness and respect. I am now no evidence of disease. Highly recommended treatment here.“

“Ive been going here for nine years. I like all of the practitioners, they are kind and helpful. The only thing is that if you do not have an appointment, you should be outside the door waiting by 6:30am. Even when its freezing cold. Because other people do. Its pretty intense.“

“Dr Buccellato, Dr Lee, Dr Soo and RN Caroline are some of the kindest and most understanding people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are always prompt when responding to my millions of emails and they never make me feel d*** for any question I ask. Caroline RN in particular has been a shoulder to lean on during scary times while I was pregnant and even after. She goes above and beyond her job description to make me feel safe, understood and welcome. She is a genuinely good person and truly a fantastic addition to the team. I really cannot speak highly enough of her. She has enriched my life and I'm sure she doesn't even know it! I am happy to be under the care of the NorthShore Medical Group.“

“A great practice with many services... Both my kids (now 6 and 4) have been patients since they were infants. The doctors (save the aging founder) are all amazing, great nurse practitioners, nurses and office staff too. The waits are usually never very long either. My daughter split her chin open and school and required stitches. It was fantastic to be able to go to such a familiar location to get such a scary procedure done. They took us immediately and treated her the kindness and respect. After today's experience I think they may have earned 5 stars!“

“I was a last minute appointment. I had never been to this neighborhood optometrist, but I had a problem with my eye and they were not only recommended by my insurance, but they had evening hours! Very accommodating, especially considering I was an emergency patient. Nice waiting room... cute little heater and everything, for the winter season, I'm sure. Glasses for you to browse are not in the waiting area, so you don't feel pressured to buy. Oriented as a true Dr.'s office. Didn't wait long. Staff was VERY friendly. Pleanty of reading material. While you can tell they have been there a while, and a bit dated, you can totally tell that they know what they are doing. You can tell they are working with what they have though...the doctor was joking a bot how hea can use a bit more counter space! Treated well and we all laughed together when we realized that my eye pain was due to a terrible case of "red holiday glitter". That's what I get for decorating my own xmas ornaments! Going to make another appointment today, for some glasses.“

“Great place to take your child in for urgent care and primary. I always feel confident that they are thoroughly checking them over. I will say though my only qualm is the lead testing. I have 5 kids and I don't think any of them have ever had one and I bring them in alot. Not just this hospital though so you live and you learn. Make sure you get the lead test for your kiddos. It's important.“

“I took my daughter here after she had a fever for 5 days. The staff @ this facility were professional and thorough. We were seen right away and they treated us with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend going here if you have an urgent health issue.“
