My friend recommended Nit Free Noggins and I texted Carrie that evening photos of my concern. She was responsive and knowledgeable, and her immediate feedback gave me ease. When I woke up the next day, I was still worried so I made an appointment. Jennifer checked my head and was just as kind, knowledgeable and supportive through the process. She understood my concern, gave me a quick appointment time and, although I didn’t have lice, she was helpful giving me advice and tips for my children and I in the future. I highly recommend this service. Their kindness compiled with their knowledge and responsiveness is all you need in a stressful time such as thinking or finding out you have lice.“

“There aren’t enough words to describe the gratitude for which I hold for Illinois Back Institute. If it wasn’t for Luba, Maggie, and Julianna, I would not be able to walk today. Altogether I have been in pain for 11 months, five months ago I started at Illinois back Institute. I went in there with a pain level of 10 and as of right now I am at a 2 and still continuing PT. They do Spinal decompression standing, walking, sitting, and lying down. Every routine is customized to your injury and recovery time is different for everybody. “I strongly recommend TruStem for someone with a neurological issue.

I have a C9orf72 pathogenic mutation which causes frontotemporal degeneration / dementia and ALS. I started having symptoms in 2019 when I got lost driving home. About 2 years ago I developed a stutter and found that my brain seemed cloudy. It became exhausting to talk and to listen to people - took a lot of effort to process. There is no treatment, no cure and no way to slow progression. The defect causes loss of neurons in my brain and also causes clumps of bad proteins to build up in my brain.

I decided to try stem cell therapy because I know someone who used it for COPD with a positive effect. It’s not FDA approved for FTD and I wasn’t expecting much. I decided to use TruStem because they use my own stem cells - the local places use stem cells from other sources.

“No one wants to deal with lice but if we have to I’m glad we have this place. Myself, my husband, and my 4 year old were treated and it felt like we were old friends. They were experts and so professional. We were educated in preventing lice too. Hope we don’t have to come back lol but if we do have lice again or a notice of lice from school we will back asap.“

“This was a great experience I came in with a extreme back pain. Right away felt more relieved from my lower back. (Couldn’t walk by myself because I was stable enough to do so), within the third or fourth season I was able to walk again by myself.
