They provide a range of services, including drug screening, physicals, DOT physicals, treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, and COVID-19 testing (rapid antigen, rapid PCR, lab PCR, and antibody). CWP offers both in-person and virtual diagnoses, with prescriptions sent directly to the chosen pharmacy. Patients appreciate the quick and thorough virtual care, which includes automated questions, picture uploads, and temperature checks. The facility is known for its easy-to-understand pricing and helpful staff. Patients have praised the kindness and professionalism of the nurses and receptionists, particularly Wendy, who has been commended for her warm and welcoming demeanor. Although GPS systems may direct customers to the wrong location, CWP is clearly marked and easily accessible.
I am extremely impressed by the quality of the facility, but most importantly, the quality of care is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of having PA Wendy take care of me, and it is evident that she has passion for patient care and truly cares about the wellbeing of those she evaluates/treats. I highly recommend CWP. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have been going to Corporate Wellness for several years for all my medical needs including routine physicals and illness. The support staff is always kind and I like that I can get appointments quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Wendy Frederick. She is attentive and professional, and her calm nature puts me at ease.
