Everything went smooth and Dr went over the pictures immediately after the procedure. Yes the wasn't a big fancy hospital but served it's purpose. They didn't try to gouge my insurance or myself with extra charges. I very satisfied with everything.“
“I love the IBI in Arlington Heights, they are great and I have done 6 sessions so far and I feel better, the staff is great the treatment is unique, totally different that I was doing before, I went to chiropractor and physical therapy and to so many other places and they didn’t help me, did 2 injections didn’t help. I will recommend this place and I will refer anyone, so they don’t have keep going on circles and loose hope.“
“This was my first appointment at IVX Health after 2+ years of treatments. All of their employees make you feel like family versus a number walking in the door. My kids were able to join me in our private treatment room. There were a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from, and a couch for the kids to relax while I had a comfortable recliner. They offered a television for entertainment, which we played "Aquaman" in the background, but we had brought a card game to play while I received my medication. It was such a different environment than I have been used to in hospitals. Very Happy I made the switch.“

“My senior gelding came in as an emergency on Friday night with colic. Dr. Moreauw cared for him all weekend and the staff were so kind and got him through it. She sent pictures to keep me updated and called at least twice a day to keep me posted on how he was doing. I could not have asked for more! Very grateful!“
