Some of the classes the center offers includes individual OT, PT, personal training, and Speech therapy services as well as group classes. The Rock Steady boxing class taught by Nick are fantastic. Nick makes sure that everyone in class feels included and adapts skills and exercises to meet individual needs. Nick goes above and beyond each and every day. All of the service providers encourage clients in a positive and nurturing way, while working to achieve their goals. When entering NBC center you feel a sense of community from everyone from the reception desk to providers to administrators to fellow classmates. I feel very fortunate to be part of NBC.“

“There aren’t enough words to describe the gratitude for which I hold for Illinois Back Institute. If it wasn’t for Luba, Maggie, and Julianna, I would not be able to walk today. Altogether I have been in pain for 11 months, five months ago I started at Illinois back Institute. I went in there with a pain level of 10 and as of right now I am at a 2 and still continuing PT. They do Spinal decompression standing, walking, sitting, and lying down. Every routine is customized to your injury and recovery time is different for everybody. Some only stay a month, and I (personally) have been there for almost 5 months now and I am just a little while away from a full recovery. I will forever be grateful for Illinois Back Institute.“
