“Waited the entire 1-4 window they gave me and showed up 20 minutes late. I had stated in the appointment request that I thought the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. After showing up late, they came in and agreed with my assessment but did not have any of the parts despite telling them in advanced, so now I have to wait until Monday. Tim was very nice so I wonder if the front desk just doesn’t communicate with the service providers? Will be happy to change my review come Monday but honestly, surprisingly disappointing given the good reviews I had read.
Update: Tim was great. Came on time, did the job quickly, went above and beyond on cleaning up after. Five star service after last week’s delay.
*******I think this reply from management really highlights the disconnect here. It’s less about making the distinction between being 19 vs 20 minutes late, and of course we all know that things can run behind. It’s about having an issue that could have been fixed at the time of visit if the service request was actually read. So I guess I’ll say that my final review is 1/5 stars for the admin side and 5/5 stars for the service once the adequate supplies and equipment were here. Overall, good work on the disposal but I’d hesitate to work with these guys again if the replies are going to be petty like this.”
