Although I have used them in the past, I am reviewing Burns Plumbing after I had a huge issue in my newly completed basement renovation. Drywaller drilled into a supply line behind my bar. Months later the screw popped out of the line and caused massive flooding my basement. I did two things when noticed the water... I shut off the main and then called Burns. Should you ever find yourself in an emergency or needing scheduled maintenance... do the same thing. Within 30 mins Sean was at my door diagnosing the issue and using some specialized equipment that he had in his truck. These guys have everything you need when you need it. Worked with Derek, who I believe was the owner, on a commercial project over the previous summer. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our project had its ups and downs due to Covid and Derek was more than flexible with our ever changing schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again when needed.

I didn't use this company but would have if they were closer to where I lived. I ended up meeting an owner of the company at a construction site in Lakemoor not long ago. I was having a problem finding a plumber or getting one to call me back and saw this company's trucks at a construction site. The only reason I stopped was because someone was getting tools out of a truck while another guy was talking to him and smoking. I decided to stop by and discuss my problems with him and see if he was interested in looking at it for me.
