Customers have used Midwest Cedar Roofing for annual maintenance on cedar shake roofs. The team was extremely patient, even discovering a large yellow jacket colony that needed to be removed. One customer had a small job done, a gazebo roof replaced, and every time they pull up the driveway they say what a great roof — ten times better than the original one. Great quality and craftsmanship — they even found bead board to match the interior. After damaging storms, another customer worked with Midwest Cedar Roof for a full roof replacement. They navigated the entire process, working with insurance and the adjuster to submit a detailed estimate and get the claim processed, and then did the work very professionally. The crews doing the work were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Employees arrived as scheduled and introduced themselves; they were all friendly and polite. The crew did a great job on the roof, secured shakes that were loose, cleaned up debris that fell off the roof, cleaned the windows, and rinsed off the deck. These folks know what they are doing, and they are thorough. With knowledge and workmanship, the roof doesn’t show its age. The crew is hard working and respectful.
