“Finding a competent company to work on my roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia (all poorly installed by previous companies) was a daunting task. After two years of looking, I found Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing. It was a positive experience from my first phone call, when Jennifer listened to my concerns and set up an appointment for an inspection, to the to the completion of the work. When Derek came out to do the inspection, I let him know I was very leery of contractors because of the previous shoddy work. He listened to all my concerns and let me know that is not how they operate. He determined what would be needed, gave me options. and provided an estimate in a timely manner. He came to the house multiple times to answer questions and help me decide on the color of shingles, the size of the gutters, etc. He also responded quickly to my emails.Derek explained I could have the work done in the winter or wait until spring. He assured me they could do quality work in the winter, and that’s what I went with. There were some slight delays in completing the work due to weather, but nothing that caused a negative impact on the quality of work. All the installers paid attention to detail, worked hard, finished in a timely manner, and did a great job. They cleaned up as they worked. Brian (site manager) checked with me several times and did a final inspection. Everyone I worked with was professional, polite, helpful, and focused on doing the job correctly – good old-fashioned qualities that aren’t found all that often nowadays. Great job at a fair price.“
“I had an absolutely fantastic experience. I had called to get a total of 6 quotes from local roofing companies. Of the six, only four reps showed up in person. Of the four, only one actually went on the roof and took pictures to make sure a completely thorough quote was provided. That was Justin from AMB. He was completely transparent, honest and knowledgeable. He was willing to share knowledge, options and situations to be aware of when having a roof and gutters done. I would highly recommend AMB Roofing. The overall communication from AMB and extended team at AMB was great to work with as well.“

Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve).
