Great customer service, quick response and fast visit. Explained everything that was happening and things I could do to fix it myself. Good pricing. I had a lot of trouble with a couple of other companies that never actually fixed the issues with my furnace and AC, but after Ensure came out, he fixed the issues, explained what had happened and why the previous 'fixes' were only temporary fixes and the price was better than the other guys that couldn't correctly fix it. It is tough to find knowledgeable people that are also very fair with their pricing and that is exactly what Ensure is. I highly recommend them.

Luke is the best! He has taken care of us for years and recently I asked him to help my elderly aunt and he saved her $7000. They were trying to scam an older person and he is a good human.
