The company was so amazing and they even sent a baby gift when the air went out and the wife was six months pregnant. They came in on a Sunday just for them. Joe was a complete professional and made the customer feel consumer confident and came off as a very honest man. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. The customer service was outstanding, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure the experience was great. The workmanship was excellent, and they left the work area spotless. Joe has saved the day during 80+ weather. Joe came out to quote, answered all questions, and understood concerns and preferences. Andres led the install service and was polite, efficient, conscientious, and thorough, never cutting corners. The new system is working great.
This review is long overdue. My A/C unit needed a yearly check and, come to find out, some parts as well. After the install of one unit we were no longer getting cool air. I called and thought I would get a response the next day. No, Joe came over within a short time later. He did some trouble shooting in the dark while being eaten alive by mosquitoes and, then to add insult to injury, it rained on him! He was so pleasant and positive in his attitude.
