We have used veteran carpet cleaning for our carpet and a large area rug in the past and they have always done a fantastic job, this time I needed to have our light grey sectional cleaned from years of little children, I already knew who to call. I called Steve on Thursday and Monday morning he was out cleaning the couch, he showed up on time and did an amazing job, the couch came out so much better than we expected. What a great experience! I went in with long, thinning and damaged hair. I was starting to feel like an old hag witch woman! I came out feeling like a new woman....with this adorable asymmetrical bob that was a little stacked in the back. I felt pretty again! Becky recommended some products to help with thinning hair and will be ordering that for me. Gonna give it a shot to see how it works for me! Thank you Becky for making me feel great! We took our two year old son here for his first haircut as it was one of the few places in the area that specializes in kids haircuts as well as adults. Ms. Judy and Crew Cuts was awesome throughout the whole process. She has toys, cartoons and kid friendly barber chairs to keep the kids entertained and the haircut looks great. This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. The owner, Bernie, and both of her assistants are outstanding. They each take the time to know each client, remember each client and connect with each client about what the client needs. The precision and beauty of each nail is exquisite. LISTEN UP: this place and Jean are LEGIT! I had a terrible experience at another nail salon nearby when I tried to get a custom Disney nail design and they totally botched it. I started to go home then took a chance and stopped at Queens nails to ask if anyone could help remedy the bad job I just left. The ladies were SO KIND and immediately paired me with Jean who so humbly and kindly took on the task. I showed her a picture of what I was hoping for and SHE NAILED IT! (Pun intended). I've only ordered once, but everything I've eaten so far has been delicious! The tomato soup is creamy without being too heavy, and has just the right amount of basil and spice. I couldn't get enough of it! The little date bites (chewy dessert goodness) are a perfect way to finish a meal - satisfying my sweet tooth perfectly. I am looking forward to trying more of the things I ordered, and to ordering again soon.
Stopped in to find out about getting a wig. Didn't have an appointment, but Tina was very nice, and I asked if I could wait ., it wasn't long about 1/2 hour. She was very thorough and showed me many options . Even said she could order one in a color I'd liked. Very nice shop. Very nice people.

Optimum Carpet Care did a great job of cleaning all wall-to-wall carpets in the house we moved into in September 2025. So when we decided a few weeks ago to wash a woolen rug that hadn't been cleaned in years, we called Optimum.
The rug was picked up on May 15th and we were told it would be returned a week later, on the 22nd. However, Optimum completed the job two days ahead of schedule, so it was delivered on the 20th. Better yet, it was perfectly clean after having been washed twice.
We were delighted by the service Optimum provided and appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the company's representatives. We look forward to dealing with the Optimum again.

I've had TCA - Grayslake for a few months now after going through quite a few different cleaners for various reasons in the past - I've learned that none of us are perfect & my expectations are high (as they should be - we ARE paying for a service) ... but we do need to be realistic - I've had a few different teams with TCA some not SO great but good ... I now have a team that is truly amazing ... I come home & feel like my home is actually sparkling clean - with 2 HAIRY dogs - there is no furr flyin' ... I couldn't be more satisfied ... Shane Stanley and his crew from Stanley Landscapes did an amazing job of repairing and rejuvenating our old deteriorated patio and pool deck.
The two other companies we had come out for quotes wanted to rip it all out and replace it with new pavers, quoting costs from $40,000 to $50,000. Both stating they couldn’t use the same pavers we had.
Shane was able to work with what we have, making it look new for under $8,000.

I have been seeing Dr. John Bouma for over 15 years. He has always done an outstanding job of not only educating me and providing excellent adjustments, but also tailoring his approach to my specific needs.
About 4 months ago, Dr. Bouma recommended shockwave therapy for some of my minor injuries such as golfer’s elbow and rotator cuff pain. This has been a game changer for me.
I don’t work out as much as I used to, but I really enjoy pickleball. The Bouma girls have done an incredible job implementing the shock wave therapy as needed and I am able to recover must faster than ever before.

Everyone complaining about drive scheduling is forgetting that it actually takes time to learn how to be a better driver and scheduling all your drives in a month just to get it done is completely missing the point of school.
