Epic Flooring Inc provides a beautiful selection of flooring and superb installation services.Store Manager Chelsey showed me several samples of their best selling laminate flooring with attached padding in our favorite colors. Next, Owner Tom visited our home to measure our living room, dining room, and kitchen. Then he told us how long the installation would take. Also, he took a photo of the laminate flooring sample we chose to ensure the accuracy of our order. Additionally, Chelsey gave us a very reasonable price quote, which we happily accepted. Then she ordered the flooring.Finally, Installers Andy and Randy measured and worked harmoniously, finishing this project on time. They were very polite and pleasant. Sergiu came in person to give me the estimate and explained in excellent detail what was involved in the work. He gave us a lot of confidence that he knew what he was doing - that's because he does!The flooring quality is awesome, and I appreciated his reasonable and friendly advice on flooring choices. I'd give Sergiu and his team more than 5 stars, if I could, because they had to put up with so much trouble and drama with the staff in my building. The staff took a simple flooring install and turned it into a nightmare, full of drama and office politics and words like "policy" and "procedure." They disrespected me, Sergui and his team. “Our garage, built in 1973 and expanded in 1996, had a concrete floor that was uneven and deteriorated. Tom came out and spent a huge amount of time grinding and preparing the 4-car concrete floor before installing the moisture barrier coating. The following 2 days he applied an epoxy floor material with a gray blend flake that looks spectacular! The site was left cleaned up and perfect. Would highly recommend Extreme Decorative Concrete due to their diligence and attention to detail. The garage is beautiful!Service: Repair flooring“

“Jerry recently completed our fireplace surround, installation of a new mantle, closing off an old TV cabinet and installation of TV mount and soundbar, and some other touchups around the fireplace (flooring). This may not seem like a lot, but he is very meticulous so that every edge is perfectly aligned without odd cuts in the stone veneer. He completed the project in 5 days as originally estimated.We have used Jerry for 3 projects in the past 3 years and he will continue to be our go-to handy man for big and small renovations in our house. We love his work, work ethic, and fact that he sees the project through from start to finish.“

She suggested a place in Wauconda for my quartz top. It was a remnant so I saved money.I am working with them again for my upstairs bathroom!“
