Great team. Gus was able to schedule me within a couple days amidst the heat wave. Jesse was very nice and professional. He explained everything in detail and was able to fix my 2nd floor cooling issues. Will definitely be using these guys in the future!
Brian was very adept and professional. He found the problem right away. He repaired the ac unit and bad wiring that shorted out the unit. He corrected the wiring and protected it. All around this is a great company to work with.
When I originally inquired about an appointment Gus called back immediately and booked us in. There was no waiting around, which is important to me with tenants that need air in 100 plus heat. I would recommend them highly for a a great job at a fair price.
I highly recommend Blue Star HVAC. After a bad experience with another company that we had used for more than 20 years (they wanted to replace the entire heat pump AC when all we needed was a new capacitor), we contacted Blue Star on a referral. Gus and his assistant correctly assessed the problem and we had an operational AC in a short amount of time. Gus...You did a fantastic job.
