“This dojo is the best thing we could have done for our daughter. Not only is the sensai amazing with the kids, he gets to know them and their quirks. The fact that our child went from not wanting to listen in front her pears to now does not have an issue to following direction. The establishment represents everything from the name, the art and the attire. To its sensei and his student helpers. I will recommend to this place anyone wanting to learned the arts of Judo.“

“The first time my family and I came to Action Martial Arts was for buddy week. My son was invited by a friend, and surprisingly he liked it.I can't tell you how much I enjoy going to this facility with him. Master Chris and Master Christian are a joy to watch and talk with. Their classes aren't 'OK, go off and do your own thing for an hour, and I'll check on you later". No. They work closely with the students, teaching them and working to improve in all areas (despite already having a belt full of tape for various accomplishments.Master Christian has an uncanny ability visually direct students, while Master Chris has an abundance of energy (a big kid, if you will). Both Master Chris and Master Christian are very approachable - they'll answer any question you have and never complain (about anything). The facility is very clean, and staff members are quite helpful.I will enjoy visiting each week so long as my son continues to grow in his martial arts journey.“

“Coach Kyle is truly one of the best striking coaches in the game. He cares about his students, their families and is a martial artist to the core. He instructs many of his classes and whether you're a fighter or a beginner, he cares about seeing your skill set improve. If you are within a driving distance of striking arts, I would HIGHLY suggest making the drive and checking them out.“

“My son has been training at Jimmy Pedro’s Judo Center in Wakefield, MA and while visiting our friends in Chicago, I asked Coach Aaron to see if my son could join his class while we were in Chicago. From the moment we walked in, Coach Aaron welcomed us and treated us like old friends. The coaches at this dojo are very experienced, just read their resumes, and the facility is fantastic. The dedication coaches have towards teaching Judo is truly inspiring. On top of that this dojo has a group of supportive and enthusiastic young athletes who welcomed my son. There were around ten kids in my son's age group alone. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in learning Judo.Thank you, Coach Aaron, for making our time in Chicago so much more memorable and for being such a wonderful host. We are looking forward to seeing you and your team in Boston.“

“I trained here with Justin and his staff, loved sparing and didn't mind being his personal walking kick bag.?? good times! I had to stop due to old injuries but I would love to return and continue my training but maybe I won't over do it this time. ? I would recommend this school to those seeking some great defense techniques. ??“

“My son has been taking classes at Ki for a year now and really enjoys it. The masters have been fantastic at teaching him and he is very motivated to work toward his black belt. We appreciate the flexible schedule as well and there are plenty of class times so we can always find one that fits our schedule. We also just had a birthday party there for my son & Masters Antonio & Jorge were amazing at leading it. The kids had so much fun & it was easy for us as the parents too! Master Jorge was especially good with our 3yo daughter. He helped her one-on-one with the activities nearly the entire time & was so patient & kind with her. She was so happy & loved hanging out with him! We highly recommend Ki for classes & parties too.“
