I have a commercial cleaning business. Before I owned a cleaning company I managed Chicago cleaning operations for Sears Tower Chicago board of trade on and on several of the corporate campuses so I have experience with carpet cleaning. Optimum cleaning does a tremendous job. We have dogs and they have brought our carpets back every time. We will never use anyone else

They both worked hard to ensure my carpet looked and smelled fresh. I was provided with information on the process and was walked through what I should do to maintain the freshness.
