this was the worst cleaning service ever. At first he told me its $150/hr for deep clean (which is absurd) and for regular clean he said $230 in total. I said okay ill do regular clean. two ladies come to my house and say they only have an hour to clean so i got confused and told him i didnt know it was $230/hr and then he said no its $230 for 2 hours but i was still confused bc i told him how big my house is and 2 hours doesnt even get through one level let alone all 3. so i said whatever ill just let them clean for 2 hours and thats it thinking they would atleast do a good job with the parts they do clean. Terrible customer service. When wiping down the counters, they will not move anything (toaster, canister, etc) they will only wipe around it. We had to tell them that they need to mop our floors as they were not actually mopping but just using a dust mop to clean the floors. They have missed cleaning our 1/2 bath. Regularly had to dust for cob webs after they had just been there because they missed the corner while cleaning. When my husband called to complain, the office manager Fabiola told him that they do a good job and that we have too high of expectations for them. If we expect that you mop and dust when cleaning our home, then yes, our expectations are too high for this cleaning company. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to do business with. Time to move on.

Terrible customer service. After I made a schedule for an estimate I was told it had to be rescheduled. Fine. The man comes to the appt and takes about 15 mins to explain the cost of everything. I called later that day to start a schedule and he said great I'll call you with availability. 2 weeks go by and he never calls me. I call back and they tell me on the phone what days are available and I tell them what's good for me and they tell me AGAIN that they will call back. 2 weeks later I called for the last time , is anyone going to call back with a schedule? The man tells me he will call back in a hour ... never calls me back. At this point I think it was done on purpose. I will not beg a company for their service. There are many other companies to choose from.
