From our first phone call with Karen to our initial meeting with Jay Smith, the funeral director, we knew we were in good hands. Jay took the time to get to know my family and learn about my mother, explaining every step of the process with clarity and compassion. The professionally printed documents he provided were a huge help during a difficult time.
The entire staff was outstanding. During the wake, Eric and Judy were so engaging, sympathetic, and helpful. The facility itself was inviting and spotless. On the day of the funeral, Jay's patience and leadership were exemplary, from guiding the caravan to ensuring every detail was perfect. It was clear that for Jay and the entire team, this isn't just a job—they genuinely care. Kirstin, Raul, and the rest of the staff all showed the same high level of customer service.
