The team at Memory Eternal, especially Vanessa, made a very difficult situation, much easier. Her compassion throughout the process, from planing services for my beloved mother, to actually attending the services, and make sure everything went smoothly, was amazing. Vanessa did not just disappear after the day of the funeral. She followed up to make sure everything went as planned and to check in on me and our family. She made sure we got pictures of all the flower arrangements and notified me as soon as the death certificates were ready. I cannot recommend Memory Eternal enough.

There are not enough words to describe how satisfied our family was with Vanessa and the Memory Eternal Funeral Directors team. Every detail of our mother’s funeral was handled so professionally. Our family lives out of town and they worked with us over Zoom to get as much planning done ahead of us arriving for the funeral. Our mother looked as beautiful as ever as if she were asleep. Flowers were arranged beautifully. The funeral procession was lead by escort cars that allowed for a smooth funeral procession.
