Joe Rago was a pleasure to work with. So happy we chose this place to honor our grandfather. The staff was respectful and patient with us as we said our final goodbyes and gathered our personal items. The entrance is beautiful, light and airy. Other funeral homes we visited had a dark sad vibe to it. The lobby is very spacious and the visitation area is also grand offering many different rooms and seating arrangements. The kitchen area is up the stairs and we appreciated that they let those who can’t walk up the stairs have their coffee downstairs. Bathrooms were stocked and cleaned. They also had a speaker/microphone that we were able to use for speeches. Thank you!!!
The staff was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. My brother was cremated and they took care of everything. We had some problems with death certificates and they helped us get everything resolved.
