The team at Sax managed my grandmother’s funeral and cremation and our whole family was so happy with how Mia managed everything. During a time of grief and exhaustion- her calming presence and compassion provided a sense of relief, she seamlessly set everything up and guided the process the day of the funeral. I lost my brother unexpectedly and when that happens there all these decisions that need to be made quickly. Mia was an angel sent when we needed guidance and compassion. We had explored a few other places and none felt right until we met with Mia. The moment we met her, I felt peace and knew I could trust her with my brother. Resources were tight and she advised us on how to have a beautiful service that we could afford. Throughout the process she was a phone call away, even on her day off.
