“Miss Holly was extremely patient with my 16 month old when he began to cry. She tried many things to soothe him including giving him different toys, trying different tv programs, and giving him breaks. When none of those worked, she let me hold him for the remainder of the haircut. She did all of this while staying very calm, patient, kind, and giving him the best haircut possible. She also gave advice for little things we can try at home to help prepare him for future haircuts. I couldn’t be more thankful or recommend Pigtails and Haircuts enough for the experience we had.“
