There are no words to describe how happy I am with my new cut and color. My trip to salon 38 today was expensive but it was worth every damn penny. It took a long time but if you want something done right that's the way it has to be. If you're getting your hair done at any other place, you shouldn't be. Salon 38 should be where everyone gets their hair done. Kylee and the owner really listen to you and let you be yourself. They provide excellent service. They go above and beyond. 💇â€â™€ï¸
