My stylist Payton was absolutely lovely and did a great job. Later, when I decided the length of my bangs was unrealistic for my lifestyle, I came back in and she changed it for me without charge. She showed me how to style it, since the bangs were a new thing for me. Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant, too.
I have been going to Lindsey for years, and she is absolutely worth the drive from Schaumburg! She always takes the time to listen to what I’m thinking and makes me feel heard. I tend to come in with ideas, and she’s great at helping me figure out what will actually work best for my face shape, hair type, and lifestyle. She’s honest about what will and won’t work, and I trust her completely. She knows me so well that every time I start talking about bangs, she reminds me that I don’t actually want to style bangs every morning.
