“First time trying out Zano in Batavia and I was really impressed. I was scheduled with Dana who was super friendly. I was really long overdue for a haircut and it was quite depressing looking being so long and damaged not to mention the grey hairs. What a difference a hair cut makes. She even liked the difference and made me feel good about having the grey hairs . In her words I can embrace the greys a lot better now then the before look. It really meant a lot hearing that, I need that encouragement.
