Throughout my facial I felt like Sam really cared for helping my skin. Usually my face feels somewhat dry and sometimes I feel my moisturizer just sits on top of it. Hands down, this is the best tanning salon I’ve ever been to! They have the highest-quality UV beds that give me the most even, glowing tan every single time. The red-light therapy and sauna options are incredible too — I always leave feeling refreshed, energized, and looking amazing. The entire place is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing, upscale vibe. They also carry the coolest special items for sale up front — lotions, accessories, and unique extras you won’t find anywhere else.

ut what really makes this place unforgettable happened recently. I came in one day feeling down because I really wanted to see the new Michael Jackson movie and none of my friends could go with me. I mentioned it to Mandie at the front desk. A short while later I’m in the tanning bed and suddenly “They Don’t Care About Us” starts playing through the speakers. I got chills and actually teared up — it felt so personal and special. That kind of thoughtful touch is rare!

“The experience could NOT have been better! I went to try a spray tan for the first time. Had no idea what to expect. The woman at the front walked me through the entire thing in the most basic steps (which is what I was looking for lol) She helped me pick which level. Walked me through different options and there was even a special so it was $7 for the whole thing. She walked me to the room. Showed me what to use and how and then instructed me on how the machine worked. Totally put my mind at ease - it’s not the most comfortable going into a place with zero makeup on, hair not done and she was not judgy at all. Really glad I went and will def be going back to the Bartlett location. Oh and my tan looks great! ??“

“I’ve been going to this location the past 6 years. I know it gets a lot of hate because the prices keep going up, but it is what it is. Staff is always nice. Pool & hot tub are seemingly always clean. Equipment is grimy sometimes but still high quality. They’ve done a ton of recent renovations with new cardio equipment & new pads on machines, it’s very well done. Basketball court could use some work but it’s better than the LA in South Elgin, and at least it’s not converted into another lifting area. Management is doing a good job certainly with this location.“

“There are a lot of negative reviews for no reason, I mean this is a amazing place I came here 5 months ago and built a lot of muscle progress, you guys come to a gym expecting it to be smelling nice and have all this fancy stuff but a gym is meant for hard work and if it’s smelling bad then your in the right spot with people who are working their ass off and getting stronger everyday, an amazing place to be and the community is amazing and pools and saunas are awesome and the equipment“
