“I've been a client of Dena's for 8 years and I'm grateful I found her then. Changes, and specifically Dena, was a referral from another friend when I was looking for someone to get my daughter's hair ready for senior pictures. Dena is an amazing stylist, from her friendly and upbeat personality to her "shear artistry" for hair. Talking while she worked on my daughter's hair style, I asked for her opinion on what changes she would suggest for my hair, which had been the same style for 10+ years. Her ideas pushed me to make an appointment and for me, the rest is history. With Dena's encouragement and a few years time growing my hair out longer, Dena brought my look into the present, changing my hair styling from frumpy to beautiful, and looking 10 years younger! She's grown her personal clientele to the point she no longer takes new clients. I have to book out my appointments a year in advance with the salon's incredibly wonderful assistant, Melissa, and I treat those appointments as "written in stone." Finding another appointment if I have no choice but to cancel is usually impossible; I end up waiting until my next scheduled appointment. Melissa has Dena's entire clientele's appointment schedule, needs, and preferences saved in what I refer to as her "bible." She automatically schedules appointments for Dena's clientele when she opens a new appointment calendar. Dena has become a friend over the years and I love her dearly.“
