“I go to the Heritage Plaza store in Carol Stream. Shannon usually cuts my hair, and not only does she do a great job, but she also listens carefully to what I request and does it with precision. Shannon is always friendly but not overly talkative. She is courteous and professional. Others in the shop seem to mirror her professionalism. And 20 bucks for a haircut is a great deal. highly recommend this Great Clips!“

“I've been going to Michelle here for well over a year at this point and she's absolutely amazing.Up until her I had never seen the same hair dresser more than once and I usually moved to various shops because no one really cut my hair in a way that spoke to me. I usually cut it short, let it grow out and then just had long hair until I cut it off again. Michelle nailed the pixie cut I had always wanted but couldn't articulate the first time I saw her and I couldn't be happier or more impressed. She's an absolute master of her craft and it shows. She's quick, efficient, talented and also the nicest person ever.I've gotten stopped repeatedly over the last year by strangers who wanted to compliment my hair (and it's hot dyed any fun colors) and that was never a thing that happened to me before.Outside of Michelle, everyone I interact with there is lovely and fun. The building is gorgeous and I just really love everything about it all.“
