Had a problem there today and left without a haircut. A few hours later an area supervisor called me to apologize for what happened. I will go back.the supervisor made me feel like a valued customer.

I love having he ability to check in and see how long the wait is.I have started requesting Nina because she gives the perfect haircut and she is so personable. Great Clips has figured out how provide their services that makes it so convenient to get a haircut in today's busy world.

This location has always been great. It's an easy way to get rid of surplus hair at a reasonable price- exactly what I expected. The stylist listened and had my ears lowered in about 20 minutes.
