I think the experience qualifies as a thorough home inspection. Mike was very comprehensive with his inspection of the living areas, as well as the attic, crawl space, and the outside perimeter of the house. We are completely satisfied with Mike's inspection at this stage. We were overrun by Pharaoh ants last year, but we haven't seen any since then, and we hope to keep it that way.
